Please ensure you have read and understand the below list of criteria to ensure your delivery is made as easily as possible:
I understand the following before placing my order: Loads of Stones deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days, however, this is NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED. Because we use a third-party courier to fulfil our deliveries, issues may arise that are beyond our control. Therefore, please do not arrange for any third-party contractors to begin works until your goods have arrived at the delivery address. To use the NEXT DAY delivery service orders must be placed before 10am the day prior to delivery. Deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm. Any next day deliveries placed on a Friday before 10am will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following Tuesday. A Third-Party courier service will make your delivery using a tail-lift and pump truck (WE DO NOT USE A CRANE OR HIAB) meaning deliveries are made to the curb side only. For this to happen successfully, we ask all customers to ensure the delivery area is a FLAT and HARD surface that is level and free from any grass or gravel. Please contact us if you have any restrictions which could prevent the delivery being made successfully prior to placing your order.
