Yellow Building Sand

Our County Durham derived yellow building sand is a deep yellow colour which makes it the perfect choice for mortar between brick, block or masonry. 

We choose the finest sand available, screened over a 0-2mm piano wire screen to produce the finest yellow building sand available. 

This general purpose sand is used for ducting and bedding and with it being a fine grade sand it can be used to fill the cracks or voids along a pavement or driveway.

It can be mixed with concrete to improve a structural foundation.
