Type 1 Limestone (Grey)

Type 1 is the most widely used construction aggregate for projects that require a compactable sub-structure. 

Our type 1 subbase is a carboniferous grey limestone tested to meet SHW clause 803, meaning it is suitable for use in adopted highways and footpaths. 

Also perfect for under patios, car parks, and general building projects, a combination of 40mm aggregates and dust for maximum compaction.
